-Your deposit (25% of the install price) is your RETAINER and is non refundable. In some cases, you can apply your unused deposit to a future appointment, but online payments are non refundable.
Appointments with hair added require the hair be paid for when booking. When you book, you will only be charged a 25% deposit. I will subtract that amount from the hair total and send you a PayPal invoice for the hair which must be paid within 24 hours. Example: if you book a $150 install and add hair for $250 which would make your total $400. The website will require a deposit of $100 (25% of total) but I will send you an invoice for the balance of $150 which is for the balance of the hair. $150 for the install will still be due at your appointment.
-If your install selected is not a bundle deal that includes hair, I sell extensions that you may add to your appointment when booking, or you have the option to order separately on my extension website www.HairIncKansasCity.com. You also have the option to bring your own hair.
– Due to the severity of scamming, I take cash ONLY AT your appointment for the balance due. I apologize for the inconvenience.
-If you are providing your own extensions, previously cut up wefts unless done by me, or hair that has been damaged, I will add an additional service charge. Bring extensions clean, free of thread and ready to install.
-Once you pay the deposit, you will receive an email with the address and detailed information.
-Previously my rule was that all frontals must be from me. I have changed this rule but you MUST be aware that I can not promise your frontal will give the EXACT look you have seen from another frontal but I assure you that I put in the same quality work on EVERY frontal I install.
-Frontal Services include braiding, stocking cap for transparency under lace, net for security in the back, protective layer under adhesive, tinting of lace, bleaching of knots, tweezing for a more natural density of hair, install AND your first touch up! Any styling is to be selected as an “add on” when booking. The price of the install does not include styling.
-If you missed an appointment or were a no-show to your scheduled appointment, you will be restricted from setting another appointment. Without a deposit or retainer, there will be NO appointment.
-Absolutely no kids, or other people NOT being serviced, are allowed due to limited space and privacy of the appointment. (This does not include minors. Parents are welcome!)
-You must come with hair washed and CLEAN!!! (This means: NO LEAVE IN CONDITIONER and GREASE.)
-ALL SERVICES are treated with GROWTH TREATMENT, PROTECTIVE NET AND STYLING MAINTENANCE INFORMATION.
– After 15 minutes, the APPOINTMENT will be canceled and restricted from booking privileges.
