This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ttdoesitall.com, the TTDoesItAll app, and our booking/concierge systems (Sew-In Concierge, K-Tip Concierge, and KTip Academy Concierge), how we use it, and your choices regarding it.

- Contact information you provide when booking an appointment, enrolling in Academy, or messaging us — name, phone number, email address, and social media handle (Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct).
- Appointment and service information — services booked, appointment history, and preferences related to your service.
- Access verification information — when you use the TTDoesItAll app, we verify your identity against your existing Sew-In, K-Tip, or Academy account using a one-time code sent to your phone or email. We do not create a new account or new personal profile through this process.
- Payment-related information — deposits and balances are processed through third-party payment providers (Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, credit card processors, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna). We do not store your full card number or banking credentials ourselves.
3. What We Do Not Collect
The TTDoesItAll app does not use advertising or analytics tracking, does not collect your device's precise location, and does not access your photos or files except where you choose to upload something as part of an existing service.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Schedule, manage, and confirm your appointments or Academy enrollment
- Verify that you are an existing, authorized client or student before granting access to your concierge experience or Academy content
- Send appointment reminders and service-related communications by SMS, email, or through Facebook Messenger / Instagram Direct
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Improve and maintain the security of our booking and concierge systems
As described in our Terms and Conditions, we may use AI-assisted tools to help organize and prioritize incoming inquiries. All AI-assisted suggestions are reviewed by a human before any response is sent to you — we do not send fully automated responses without human review.
5. Who We Share Information With
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- GoHighLevel — our client relationship and booking platform, used to manage Sew-In and K-Tip Concierge access and communications
- Supabase — our secure database provider, used to manage KTip Academy enrollment and content access
- Meta (Facebook Messenger / Instagram Direct) — used only for direct communication with you, never for unsolicited messaging or advertising
- Payment processors — to process deposits and payments
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you remain an active client or student, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or business recordkeeping requirements. You may request that we delete your information at any time (see Section 9).
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including secure database access controls and encrypted app sessions. The TTDoesItAll app stores your sign-in session securely on your device and clears it completely when you sign out.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
