14. Facebook & Instagram Messaging Integration

TT Does It All LLC uses a private intake system called the Concierge Intake app, which is connected to our Facebook Page and Instagram Business account via the Meta Messenger Platform and Instagram Messaging API. This integration allows us to receive and manage inbound messages from clients and prospective clients through Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct.

When you send a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account, the following may occur:

• Your message content and sender information (such as your name and platform user ID) may be received and processed through our intake system via a Meta webhook.
• Messages may be reviewed and classified using AI-assisted tools to help organize and prioritize incoming inquiries. All AI-assisted classifications are reviewed by the owner before any response is sent.
• Responses sent through the Concierge Intake system are owner-reviewed and approved before delivery.
• Message data is used solely for customer communication, appointment inquiries, and lead management. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

By sending a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account, you acknowledge that your message may be processed through this system. If you do not wish for your messages to be processed in this way, please contact us directly by email or phone instead.

Our use of the Meta Messenger Platform and Instagram Messaging API is governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Policies. We do not use these integrations to send unsolicited messages or for purposes outside of direct customer communication and lead management.

15. User Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, including any messages or data received through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, our website forms, or other communication channels.
