1. Introduction

Welcome to TT Does It All LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at ttdoesitall.com, booking an appointment, purchasing a digital product, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Services and Appointments

TT Does It All LLC provides hair extension services, lace closure installs, sew-ins, styling, and related hair services by appointment only. All services are performed by LaToya Kelly or authorized team members. Availability is subject to change.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood the service description, pricing, and any applicable policies.

4. Consultations, Deposits, and Payments

All deposits are non-refundable unless TT Does It All LLC cancels the appointment. Deposits are collected in full at the time of booking. No partial deposits are accepted. Consultations ($50) are paid in full upfront. The Luxury Lace Closure Package requires a 50% deposit ($375) at booking. All other services require a 25% deposit.

Deposits are accepted via any method supported at booking (Apple Pay, Cash App, credit card, Zelle, etc.). Balances at the appointment are preferred via Zelle or Cash — no processing fee. All other payment methods (Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, etc.) carry a standard 10% processing fee applied to the balance only. The processing fee does not apply to deposits.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, use the link in your calendar invite so the system updates properly. If TT Does It All LLC cancels your appointment, a full deposit refund will be issued. Please text (816) 866-3657 for any refund requests related to a cancellation by TT.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement to pre-pay in full for future bookings.

6. Service Eligibility and Prep Requirements

The Lace Closure Touch Up & Style service must be booked within 5 weeks of the original install date. After 5 weeks, a new install is required. The Style service is available only to clients whose sew-in was installed by Toya. The Luxury Lace Closure Package must be booked at least 7 days in advance to allow time for hair sourcing and preparation.

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared as outlined in their service confirmation. This includes arriving with clean, dry hair where required. Failure to arrive prepared may result in additional charges or rescheduling at the discretion of TT Does It All LLC.

7. Identification and Guest Policy

To protect against credit card fraud, all clients are required to bring a valid photo ID and the card used to pay the deposit to their appointment. You will be required to sign a receipt and show your card and ID before services can begin. Failure to provide these items will result in the appointment being declined with no refund of the deposit.

Due to limited space and to maintain a calm, professional environment, no children or additional guests are permitted unless the client is under 18.

8. Digital Products and Educational Content

All digital products, courses, and educational materials sold through TT Does It All LLC are for personal, non-commercial use only. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share digital products without written permission from TT Does It All LLC.

9. TT Life OS / Internal Concierge Reminders

TT Life OS is a private concierge and operational reminder system used to support scheduling, reminders, task management, and business organization for TT Does It All LLC. It is designed for internal and owner-approved use.

TT Life OS does not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice. It is not a licensed service provider in any regulated field. Any information or reminders generated through TT Life OS are for organizational and operational purposes only.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number or opting into messages where applicable, you agree to receive text messages from TT Does It All LLC related to appointments, reminders, service updates, business communications, or owner-approved operational reminders. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help when applicable.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information for third-party marketing purposes.

11. No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high-quality services and results, individual outcomes may vary based on factors including hair type, condition, and aftercare. We do not guarantee specific results. All services are performed with care and professionalism, but no warranty is made regarding outcomes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and digital materials — is the property of TT Does It All LLC or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TT Does It All LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or digital products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

14. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools such as booking platforms, payment processors, and analytics services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies before providing any personal information.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Meta Platform Usage

TT Does It All LLC uses the Meta Messenger Platform and Instagram Messaging API through a private intake application called the Concierge Intake app. This application is used solely for receiving and managing inbound messages from clients and prospective clients through Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct.

Our use of Meta platforms is limited to direct customer communication and lead management. We do not use Meta platform access to send unsolicited messages, run unauthorized advertising, scrape user data, or engage in any activity outside of the permitted use cases defined by Meta's Platform Terms. By messaging us through Facebook or Instagram, you agree that your message may be received and processed through our intake system.

17. AI-Assisted Communication Disclosure

TT Does It All LLC may use AI-assisted tools to help classify, organize, and prioritize incoming inquiries received through our website, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or other channels. These tools are used to support internal operations only.

All AI-assisted classifications and suggested responses are reviewed and approved by the owner before any response is sent. We do not use fully automated responses without human review for client-facing communications. AI tools are used as organizational aids, not as autonomous decision-makers.

18. Automation Safety

Any automated systems used by TT Does It All LLC — including appointment reminders, intake routing, and internal scheduling tools — are designed to support business operations and improve response times. These systems are not intended to replace human judgment for sensitive or urgent matters.

Automated reminders and notifications are sent only to individuals who have provided their contact information through a booking or inquiry process. If you receive an automated message in error, please contact us at [email protected].

19. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website, messaging channels, or any communications with TT Does It All LLC for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, impersonate another person, or submit false information in any booking or inquiry form.

We reserve the right to decline service, block communications, or take appropriate action in response to violations of this acceptable use policy.

20. Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number, email address, or social media handle in connection with a booking, inquiry, or opt-in form, you consent to receive communications from TT Does It All LLC related to your appointment, service, or inquiry. This includes SMS messages, emails, and responses through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, unsubscribing from emails, or contacting us directly. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of communications sent prior to your withdrawal.

21. No Guarantee of Response Times

While we make every effort to respond to inquiries promptly, TT Does It All LLC does not guarantee specific response times for messages received through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, website forms, email, or any other channel. Response times may vary based on appointment volume, business hours, and other factors.
